Yes, I must admit the weekend in Newent was shortened by a weekend (we made 24 hours but that's about it lol) and in spite of the wonderful atmosphere, I decided that with two floating kids (changed the two year old twice in half an hour cause he thought it was great fun to play with his cars in the mud - while sitting in it).., a trailer tent just doesn't cut it lolol.

Defo gonna be aiming towards having a pikey wagon by start of season next year.  Oh and already putting in bids on Waterproof suits for the grubby two year old with mistaken ideas about being a mud nymph.

Loved being there in lots of ways (OOFers are a lovely friendly bunch of people) but its so nice being warm with hot coffee etc only taking a couple of minutes to sort (well its tea, the coffee is still packed in the middle of the trailer tent til I can bear to unpack the mess tomorrow lol).  Washing machine is already running and I don't think it will stop til Tuesday lol.

The weather was clear from after you left.  We stayed until 8:30pm, long enough to be ROBBED of our victory in the quiz!  :o :D  And to have some awesome food.  :y

It was very cold though and the field finally gave up and started turning to mud.  Glad that we didn't sleep on the cold ground.  8-)

Cem, Same here in Spain. Last rain we had was May 12th and even that was only a light shower.

Met an English family down the valley a couple of days ago and they live on a budget of 1000 litres of water a week AND they have horses!!
