June gets £267000 each year for a 3 day week at the BBC.

That's a lot of money for ticking a few diversity boxes.

I wonder how much the NHS spends on Diversity & Inclusion departments and training across the organisation overall.    

I'd be willing to bet that it's a shocking amount, but it's probably difficult to tot it up as you'd have to put in Freedom of Information requests to every NHS Trust and Health Board across the UK. 

Well a quick Google has partially answered my question and it was about £7 million.... in 2014.

As I said before. Diversity and inclusion officer is not a proper job.

It's a pretentious title for a position that nobody needs.

To be fair, it frees up a proper job for someone and saves on benefits...
