So Macron wins the first round with 28% of the votes, Le Pen second with 23%. Most of the defeated candidates' votes will now go to Macron and he will win. I can't see how it can ever be any different.
All of this scaremongering by the MSM happens every time there's an election. The first round of voting means nothing, except for getting people all excited like.
