Yes definitely…. It will be a cold day in hell that I would take the knee.. Jesus it’s hard to get a minute’s silence for war heroes these days, the scum deserved the knee…. I must admit that I’d completely forgotten about this malarkey until this thread popped up, so it shows I’ve switched off to it.
I think the whole thing is ridiculous and pandering but as Lizzie said, it affects my life not one jot.

I take a knee regularly!   

Taking a knee is a really good exercise for your lower back and all the muscles around your hip joints. 

You get into the position and then gently push forward until you feel everything stretch out (not too much mind!) and hold for 10 seconds. Relax, then repeat as required and then switch knees.
