Well I would look forward to seeing such an encounter on tv debating the cost of living crisis. Maybe this is the new face of political accountability.

Sadly, I don’t see it coming to fruition especially if ,as predicted, Truss gets the poisoned chalice. She will use too much to do cutting taxes as an excuse to avoid failing live on tv.

No. Martin Lewis is just Marcus Rashford on steroids.

No.  Martin Lewis is just another journalist as far as the new PM is concerned.  That PM will announce whatever they are going to do to “The House”, then, maybe, just maybe, a TV special broadcast, not to just one journalist, as clever as Lewis is with financial matters.

I really don't know who these so called 'journalists' like Peston, Marr, Neil, Rigby, Burley etc think they are! 

Who are they to demand interviews with the PM? 

They made a big thing about Liz Truss backing out of a BBC interview with Nick Robinson, but frankly I don't blame her as he'd have spent the whole time dragging stuff up from years ago to try and trip her up, and we'd have never heard any of her answers anyway as he'd have constantly interrupted her......as they do!
