Either you support genuine equality across the board or you are a woke divisivist. It isn't possible to be both, especially when you flit between the two to support whatever argumentative point you are trying to make.

If a trans person chooses* to wear skirts, or bras or fake boobs, that's their perogative. You can question their motives, or whether it's appropriate for a given work place, but you cannot judge them because you seem to consider yourself beyond judgement.

My whole point, never wavering, is that just because a man decides to wear female attire that does not automatically put them into the trans women category.  They could be a transvestite, or a man suffering a mental breakdown after losing his wife, etc, etc.

What I have been saying all along is that for a person who genuinely believes they are trans, then they seek the specialist psychological and medical advice.  That is the usual path, with a Gender Recognition Certificate being obtained after the evidence is reviewed by the Gender Recognition Panel and after they have lived at least a year, sometimes two, in their chosen gender.

What happens elsewhere outside the U.K. I cannot say, but the individual in the so called news story in Canada has very obviously a psychologically challenge that is not the common path of any trans women.  As I keep saying, anyone who goes into a school as a teacher looking like that is not of a sound mind; they are not thinking of their effect on the children. 

There is absolutely no excuse for that in any shape or form.  Also as I have pointed out before, no genuine trans women would want, or need, to appear in the way that man has.  Only someone with deep psychological issues would do that, regardless of what brain gender they have.

Right, now as a specialist in that field due to personal and professional experience gained over decades, learning from the advances in this field, I think I know more than you about it DG, and more than most apart from those with my depth of knowledge.

You are of course entitled to your opinion, but just accept that some people know far more than you about this subject.

He hasn't been sacked because the nonsense wokeness that has become so fashionable prevent him from being sacked, either by protecting him legally or by the threat of suing his employers for violating his rights.

This is much the same here as in Canada.

You still fail to concede the fact that he is trans because it doesn't meet your neat little checklist of how you perceive that that section of society should conduct itself.

Because this is very much at odds with your previous opinion that such folk have every right to choose to be who or what they are, as you phrased it, from direct personal experience.

For the record, I believe that anyone can be whomsoever they choose to be. I don't need to understand why, or agree with their reasoning, but I accept it as long as it is also accepted that I can be a biological straight white man without prejudice.

DG you still haven't grasped the fact that in this case it does not matter what gender or not he/she is, what trans status he/she is, what how he/she identifies himself to be, it has fxck all to do with it in this case.  I am certainly not one to care in the remotest about that.

My whole point all the way through is that regardless of what that situation is, the whole thing is wrong, wrong, wrong to be done in a school with someone displaying ludicrous breasts, IF the 'story' is true in anycase.  To me, just seeing the image and 'report' makes me think this is not serious, and as I said before is a joke.

In anycase I was not completely arguing the trans status or not of this individual, but the obscenity of doing what she / he has done in a school.  I am disputing this is a true story as it flies in the face of the actual reality for trans women.

It is a true story, but because it upsets your feigned sensibilities you choose not to accept that. There is no argument from anyone that that persons behaviour is utterly inappropriate for their chosen profession, but YOU questioned the validity of their Trans status.

And if it didn't bother you so much, why 'waste' your time repeatedly writing an essay in response to any posts that looks like it might mention Trans, blathering on about how important and magnificent your experience is and how wrong everyone else is.

Just because I don't conform to your contrived notion of windswept and interesting doesn't give you or anyone else the right to judge and criticise my lifestyle or choices. Or anyone else's for that matter.

I choose to respond to your diatribes because not doing so would create the impression that everyone agrees with you. Quite often, we don't, but not saying something is not the same as not thinking it.

It’s not a black and white world by any measure and just because one person's experience or point of view doesn't tally with your own, doesn't make it any less valid, or correct.
