15% in 1990.

I paid 16.5% because I had no money, so needed a 100% mortgage. :)

Inherited a decent sum in 1987 never had a mortgage since, but remember those times well.

This time last year I had close to £600k in debt hanging over me, I'm very glad I don't today - be bankrupt in very short order  ;D

I suspect your performance requirements are rather higher than mine. I paid a very reasonable  ::) £165 a corner for mine.

For a rough estimate just take 25% from the NM to get the lbs ft👍
