Am booked into hospital for a camera down my neck in the morning because doctor has concerns from a chat we had, was booked in at 8am,  so whilst on the phone to ask about something to them and it seems they had changed my appointment and no one has bothered telling me.

I know it's not as important as a hospital appointment, but specsavers did this to me........within 30 minutes. In the shop, we arranged an appointment that suited me, which written down on a card (in case Opti thinks the old codger was mistaken). When I got home, there was an email in my inbox with an appointment an hour later.

Not nice, Skruntie. I've endured two such procedures of this type. The gag reflex is hard to ignore.

All clear as I hoped it would, Talking to the Doctor originally I thought she was going a bit OTT, but as every one suggests we not getting any younger, but the results gave peace of mind.

All the staff were amazing, was explained it all and given options before hand, Opted for the gas/air, Procedure no where near as bad as I thought it might have been.

If it's still the same as when I had it done, they request that you hang about for a while afterwards if you opted for anaesthetic. I opted for the quick exit option.
