After you reach a 'certain age', they hammer you again.

By the time I get to that stage they'll probably be routinely euthanising people of a 'certain age' so I won't have to worry about my car insurance.

No but our shiny new progressive Labour Govt will bring it in, and by the time I get to a certain age they'll be offering euthanasia as a cure for the common cold or anything that makes you a mild inconvenience.

Just had to renew Household insurance..

Tesco wanted £350 to renew up by 50% ,, so with a bit of confusion.com, it cost £160,, and a free £20.00 Halfords voucher and a free coffee ever month.

Phoned Tesco to cancel, didn't even try to ask why, or offer a different price.

Roughly £730 for the Signum when taken in 12 monthly payments, and £600 due for second year road tax for the Bavarian.....If memory serves the first year was around £1400.

Have you tried the multi car route.  I used Admiral years ago and found it kept getting cheaper depending on who picked the phones up (Get the timeing right when the Canadians pick the phone  and if its a bloke start talking cars/pickups and for some reason the price drops)

I have looked, Skruntie.

It doesn't seem to be cheaper with just 2 cars. However, if I owned 200 cars like Jay Leno it would probably work out less expensive.

I wonder if he'd like a Marina for his collection?     I know where there's a nice looking coupe finished in Royal Blue for sale. 

I don't think it's the desirable 1800TC version though.

That would be the cherry on the cake. He already owns a Macca F1 worth £12 million.

 To tax the large arsed insignia,, that runs on forklift fuel costs a staggering £20 English pounds per year, and it's paid in one go...none of this instalment rubbish
