MID replacement with a new one.
« on: 10 June 2024, 22:15:20 »

I found a new MID and would like to replace mine because now many pixels don't work.   I have the MID with the yellow connector.  If I replace it with the new one, will I find it set for my language and my type of engine?

Depends on the config that has been applied to the MID.  All Omega 10 digit MIDs (single grey connector type) are the same, and just have a config applied via Tech 2.

If still using a standard headunit, that will need reconfiguring as well. Most can be with a button combination, but not sure that is 100% universal.
