They have a team from the country of displaced persons and refugees apparently ,although I dont know where that is.  ::)
The hilarious part is that a couple of weeks ago the authourities went around Paris with a fleet of buses, rounded up all the refugees and displaced persons and dumped them all somwhere well away from Paris to disguise what a shitehouse it is.  ;D

No mention of Russian, or any other, Islamist groups. But rather a suggestion that it was a state sponsored attack and Macron isn't exactly popular in Moscow (or anywhere else for that matter).
