Stopped working,

Message on dash says 'Service parking brake '

Run diagnostics- Inoperative 0v. Not very helpful.

Can't go crawling about anymore as I'm 85.

Any suggestions or is it a trip to the stealers?

I can't offer any suggestions but I'd not be taking it to a dealer .... you must have a reputable independent locally

I've seen a few switches fail and also wiring going green and failing at the harness plug under the car
