Every man, woman and child, including immigrants, in the UK would have to sign it, Ron.

1.1 million.  :)

I imagine that this will be brought up at PMQ's on Wednesday, which will be quite embarrassing for TTK, even though he will just shrug it off and will robotically repeat the mantra  .... 14 years blah blah blah.... £22bn black hole blah blah blah.... Worst inheritance since WWII blah blah blah....  ::)

It can get 10million signatures, Two tier Kier and Big Ange are going nowhere.

The Labour party will not be going anywhere before 2029, but Starmer could choose to stand down or be forced out.

Trouble is that then the gobby ginger growler gets the reins. :)

She might be entertaining at least?  :-\
At this point I'm not sure that they would be reelected :-\

That said, at the rate it's climbing, the petition might get more votes than Labour did :D

I'm sure the Tories wouldn't thank you for that , why do you think they committed suicide at the last election ? they realized the economy was turning into a total sh*t show and would be better to leave the mess to Labour to try , and fail to sort out (and lets not talk about Farage and his bunch of loonies forming a government , be serious ) the Tories will be happy to sit back and watch the upcoming financial disaster engulf Labour and then step in at the next election with the usual promises of lets get Britain going again , cut taxes , stop the boats  etc) .

Perhaps, but it makes the point that 'we the peeples' aren't happy.

It's going to be knocking on the door of 2 million by the end of today.

And you know it's significant when the BBC totally ignores it.

And whether you agree with it or not, half a million signatures in 5 hours isn't something to sneeze at.

How about this for a scenario.

Trump enacts his policies. Europe including peripheral UK struggles economically and politically. China isn’t able to send it’s cheap tat.

Along comes some guy, friend of Trump. He declares unity with Trump and something catalyses a general election and Renew get in. The something could be a Vladimir missile strike in NATO Europe. Or a cold snap and pensioners freeze to death. Or food insecurity or collapse of UK car manufacturing .
