which could imply that he's now batting for the other side.  :)
I'm dying to say Faguar.

It's all Sir Tig's fault ;D

He's a wrong un.......but then what can you expect from a Marina lover. ;D

Rear wheel drive attached to a twin carb fed 1800 lump!  What was not to like for a slightly unhinged 19 year old who couldn't afford a Capri?!  ;D

That actually sounds quite good in isolation.

Sadly it as joined to wheels and suspension from a 17th century 'gallows cart'.. >:D

Sorry, I should have said 14th century gallows cart. :)

I expect that the suspension was probably as good as a 14th century gallows cart to be fair, but I didn't used to let little details like that worry me back in the day!   :y

Much like myself. I didn't worry about tax and insurance, or being 3 times over the drink drive limit. I'm a reformed character now though. ::)

My Old Man used to keep a beady eye on things like that, and I used to get the raised eyebrow over things like the Tax In Post card in the window.  ::)  ;D

He was a Magistrate....  :)

Why is it pink?

Exactly who are Jaguar trying to appeal to. :)

Not their traditional customer base, is my guess.  ;D

Jaguar reckons that they will only take about 15% of existing owners with them......because they are male, pale, and stale. They won't want to be associated with 'New Jaguar'

Presumably the new 85% will need to be woke and progressive.....mainly shirt lifters. ::) :)

Judging by the reaction on here I reckon they are absolutely right!, ;D ;D

As a female of a certain age, I love it!  Looks really futuristic and nothing like the Jags of yesterday, like my favourite, the MK10.
It does appeal to me, especially as it has the anti-male groping device separating the front seats; brilliant!! ;D ;D >:D
As for who can afford it; well there are plenty of wealthy young people and maybe older ones, of both genders who will also love it and want one, like now! :D ;)

The age of yesterday cars IS coming to an end 8) >:D

You're being generous. The latter didn't require its lower trunnion joints to be replaced every 3 weeks. ::)

Fitting a second carb to BL's B-series engine isn't anything to brag about either ::)

Looks a bit like the product of a sexual triste between a Chrysler crossfire and a 300c...

To have a toyboy would imply a heterosexual relationship, and I don’t think that’s the market that jaGUar is aiming for.   :-\

Perhaps Jaguar will insist that all cars must be sold to the LGBT+ community only. :)

In the US they may be only available to Biden/Harris voters.... ::)

Seen it described elsewhere as the .... Faguar!    ;D ;D ;D
Classic, not heard that one  :y

How many times can I get that into conversations at my very woke workplace today ;D

I drive a Faguar ;D

It's OK, TB.

The old Jags like your XJ and my XFR are driven by people with hairy swinging balls.

The new cars will probably be driven by men who have an unhealthy interest in boys bottoms. ::)

Don't you indulge in a bit of 'manscaping' now and again M'Lud?  ::)

Go in for a back, sack and crack from time to time?  ???           ;D

……..

I think you’re right.  :y  I read a review where the Jaguar CEO said he loved the new names and was going to adopt them (tongue in cheek obviously). As previously mentioned by Sir Tig, he mentioned Faguar for the gays and Draguar for the cross dressers, so he’s clearly happy the way things are going.
