This is incredible, how would anybody want this job when they let this sort of deranged murdering bastards roam among you with trust and impunity and access to harmful material.  He should have had capital punishment in the first place.

If ever there was a reason to bring back the death penalty this piece of scum should be first in the queue, why on earth is he on normal location ? He should be in the segregation unit being moved & fed by four officers in protective gear , standards have certainly slipped since I retired 5 years ago. That's the result of graduates being promoted to governor level without ever working the landings, bunch of educated idiots, they think that they can cure this bastard by treating him " normally".

If he's not segregated, it seems surprising that an inmate hasn't got him yet, unless he's under the protection of the Muslim gangs who apparently run British prisons these days.  :-\

British prisons have altered the whole regime on Fridays to accommodate Muslim prayers, bloody disgraceful , why has the United Kingdom become so weak ?

I'd suggest using the National Grid if it were reliable, but you don't want another substation going pop when it's only done half a job. ;D
