I think that these days you'll find the term Eskimo is considered rather controversial, and some say even offensive M'Lud.

I know, but don't care. ....because these days it's apparently controversial to say a woman can't have a penis.

A woman can't have a penis?  Are you sure?  When did that happen?                                                           

If they play their cards right they can have one whenever they want...

I don't know why, but that reminded me of a Welsh mate when I lived in Australia. His favourite chat up line with Aussie birds was to inquire whether they had any British ancestry. If they said yes, he'd say  Lovely... Have you got any Welsh in you?   Would you like some?  

It worked now and again as well!

I don't think he was too fussy to be honest M'lud. He was an any hole's a goal type.
