It appeared I can't post an ad there because of my post count.

It's not an ad, I am not selling them yet, hence no price.

I just wanted advice on what to do, whether to chuck them if they're useless and there's no demand for them or to put up an ad.

I can't be bothered to mess about, if you are going to take down my posts because you think it's an ad, clue:no for sale sign, no price, no contact details etc etc then I'll just chuck them in the recycling.

I was going to try and potentially help someone out, or not by putting up an ad but if you're going to get all draconian on me I won't bother.

You have them.
You suggest they are available by virtue of not wanting them any more.
And you try to skirt round it by posting a picture of similar wheels on a copyrighted picture of someone else's car.

And then get shitty because you got pulled up for it.

It looked an ad, albeit with photos from an auction house rather than the actual item.

If you genuinely wanted to know what to do with them, that's a decision only you can make. Either chuck them, or sell them.  Currently, you can't sell them here
