Really struggling to find new ones.

Thanks.

Can you not clean and rebuild the one you have, or contact someone like Brakes International.

Two options:

1. Buy the non vented caliper and fit non vented discs.

2. Buy the non vented caliper and split it, rebuilding it with the bolts and spacers from your vented calipers.

If you choose option 2, replace all four seals between the caliper parts.

https://ebay.us/m/G1d713

Both are for vented rear discs (the 42 stamped in the casting indicates this, as does the 20mm disc width shown in the description).

Actually neither of those are if the images are accurate. :-X

This, however is correct...

RH https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/314759067220

LH https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/314759067218

And the wrong one as an example...

If you can't see the difference, you should probably take it to a garage.

This one (left side) correctly cross references the GM part numbers. RH ones are out of stock.

That said I'm not sure I see the spacers, but it should be the correct fit and piston bores.

There's an additional £22 deposit against return of the old unit. Don't know how that works out for total shipping costs. At least it suggests that they really are re-built.

The calipers seem to be stamped 42 which is correct. 12mm solid disc calipers are stamped 40.

The part numbers for the calipers for 20mm vented discs are:
Left hand
GM# = 9195053
Opel Kat # = 5-43-302
Factory/dealer exchange # = 93173295 R174090

Right hand
GM# = 9195054
Opel Kat # = 5-43-303
Factory/dealer exchange # = 93173297 R174091

You might also need a new bleed screw.

Why can't your caliper be rebuilt with new seals and maybe new pistons? The bores are unlikely to be damaged or have I got that wrong?

.... The bores are unlikely to be damaged or have I got that wrong?

It doesn't really matter about the bores of a caliper because the seal stays static in the bore while the piston slides through it .... opposite to a piston in an engine

I'm afraid DR G is correct, the calipers shown on the eBay listing posted by Mr J dog are for non vented,, it states in the description for 2.5/3.0,, and the second ones are the same..
This company are very good and Refurb
