There are rumours that John Healey and Al Carns will throw their hats into the ring with a joint ticket if/when a contest for the leadership of the Labour party happens.  :-\

If we've got to have a Labour govt then they would seem to be the sensible choice to me, but sensible and the Labour MP's/membership/activists don't go together and I expect they are seen as far right or summat....   ::)

Had to do a double take. Reform second and Restore third. As a non UK resident. I had to do a google to find out about them( Restore) More right wing than Reform!  :o

Meanwhile back to AB. He has said he will tackle the 1 million NEETs, albeit over a ten years? He has also said more money available for defence. This latter area is of course the elephant in the room. No party has tackled it and it is going to cost regardless of which party is in power.
