Stubborn Daughter
« on: 04 October 2008, 20:39:01 »

My 8 year old daughter never shuts up. :D :D :D Her chatter starts when she gets up and stops when she goes to bed. :)

Now after waffling through a TV programme while I was having a snooze I made a bet with her.  ::)

She wants a particular pencil case and I have been saying the usual Santa Clause stuff, as it is £7.00 :-X

Anyway I said that if she could remain quite through the X Factor, not that I am watching it.  :-[

Well it started 45 minutes ago and she has not said a word,  :o :o :o
goes to show what she can do when she want to ::) ::) ::) Only 45 minutes to go. Looks like it is going to cost me £7.00 :'(

Ah, Mike, that is how clever the female is from birth; we recognise that we enjoy things like talking, or shopping for our wardrobe, or having a new kitchen so much that we use our talent at the former (talking) to drive the male mad so that eventually he will promise anything to shut us up! :D :D ;)

This then results in us obtaining what we wanted to start with; go shopping for new clothes and shoes; securing the new kitchen, or like your daughter a new pencil case that you will now buy her!  8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)

Clever girl that one and worse is to come for you Mike make no mistake!!! ::) ::) ::) ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;)
