 :'(hi all,,  im thinking of up grading my omega to the new shape estate ,
 but the wife wants me to get a vectra hatchback whuch looks sporty
  i have said that they are ok but wiuld have a sri!!!

  But i prefer the omega,s more comfortable and roomy as i have 2 german shepards,
  Do you think i should keep with the omega,s or change it for a vectra
    let me know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :y    :-/

Hi Mick

The Omega would favour everytime with me but its personal choice, both cars are good cars.
I am affraid the descission stays with you mate. :y :y

cant change from rear wheel drive to wrong wheel drive. pretty sure there is a law against it. :y ;D

non driving spouse shouldnt be involved in the decision. pretty sure there is a law against that as well. :y ;D ;D
I would tell her that fwd cars are never as comfy a ride as big rwd cars.
which is true.If you need to prove the point,inflate the tyres to about 45psi on the vectra and then take her for a test ride along a road which isnt very smooth. :y

I had a Vectra hatch before I goy the Mig................not a patch on the comfort levels and ride quality, I'd choose a Mig everytime  ;)

right then mind made up !!!

  i am keeping with the omega estate that i have , but on the look out for a face lift model pre march 2001 to avoid the tax bill !!!!
also estate ..  :y

Contentedly single now but most of my adult life have had the pleasure of a "better half" & they mostly made all the decisions for me.
   Spare time & what i should do with it, which of my mates i should or should'nt see, money, how i should decorate & furnish my own house & despite the odd pointless protest i went along with it because it's just easier but my car NEVER had anything to do with her.
     Now i do as i please all round but even back then the car was my only sanctuary, if you don't like it don't ask for lift!!!!!!!!!!! [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif]
