taking a spare cam sensor, just in case i get a massive failure! - Its the crank sensor for the 4 pots really, it was working when i took it out, just had a warm starting issue. (took about 15 seconds of cranking..)

So still works.

No it doesnt work.....its fubared.
Go and unplug your cam sensor and try to start your 2.2 then......think you might find it will crank for about 5 secs then still start  ;)

BTW the same goes for the crank sensor  :y

Dunno what happens if both sensors are unplugged at the same tho  :-/

There you go a little experiment for......unplug em both and post back if it will start or not  :y

This behaviour does not apply to the V6's
A hot starter motor and a flat battery.

Just bring back some lovely tulips please Tunnie, and have a damn good time! :D :D :y

PS Your Euro / GB plate is accepted now across the EU providing it has the ring of stars and the "GB" underneath on a blue background, and I never use the stickers anymore. ;)
