It's from the Marmite reservoir, factory fitted as an optional extra from 2001, if I remember correctly.  ;D

Oh dear, last time I saw anthing like that it came off a 14 year old Senator!

Somehow I suspect the braking efficiency will be significantly improved!  ;)

As a note....this if from the reservoir!!!!!

....not any part of the system....thats the next bit....now the reservoir is totaly empty

I originally thought diff. oil but reservoir - could be brake, power steering, or if you have one clutch.

I reckon power steering :y

It should be pretty clear with a slight yellow tinge to it....and as said, its only from the header to...

Am I right to think you will be renewing all the brake fluid and if so are you planning on doing a guide as I know there is one for bleeding but not a guide for complete brake fluid change.

This is one job I would like to do with my car  :y
