price of petrol - again !

Oil has now dropped to $82 per barrel. so petrol should drop below £1 per litre soon,but will it happen ? :-/

I remember a bloke from the petroleum retailers assoc. saying on tv a few months ago that pump prices track barrel prices but take a couple of months to filter through.so pump prices should drop considerably before christmas.
It will be interesting to see if they do.

i tanked up with BP Ultimate yesterday, was 113p, bargin i thought compared to the 123p it used to be several weeks ago.

Except when Oil prices go up, then they change a lot faster.

just announced Tesco dropped by 3p ltr - i guess others will follow soon.
