Famous Grouse Whisky

£11.00 for a 1.0L bottle in Morrisons, limited to 3 per customer, said to swmbo we will get 3, ready for Christmas, as I usually just drink the cheap stuff during the week. :y

She said it will not last till Christmas :-? I have no idea what she means. ::) ::) ::)

I love whisky, however it's started to take a dislike to me. I dont need to drink very much, & my head is banging the following morning. :(  :( :y

same here. went to pub had 5 pints last nite. been lay here dying all day. missus says it's old age.  ;D ;D ;D ;D

boddies now made in wales, no longer the cream of manchester.
holt's, rather loony juice. wish i could drink 3 pints of the stuff, never mind 5  :o :o :o

£11 for 1.0 liter :o :o..

0.7 liter Chivas Regal approx  £27 here and this is the old price..

The new imports will be more expensive :'(

Fabuloso Spanish Brandy from't Asda £8.99  dont last long here but whiskey hell we must have a few bottles + a 1litre unopened  Grants from years ago no bugger likes it in our family ! all G&T drinkers me thinks & Spanish Brandy (any brand )

no problems drinking as much as when I was younger...but recovery time now means days ....used to be hours then I would/could do it all over again........reminds me of some thing else as well :y :y :y

I had the same problem recently with wine... Laid off for a few months and it's fine again now!

I think there's a few variations on it. But I've definately drunk Ouzo in Turkey.  :y

I have a really sad situation here...father-in-law is a fanatic Scot and has a large selection of single malts. Unfortunately he has developed a medical condition which prevents him fro drinking at all so I have to help him out   :D :D :D
