You want to share a folder from Linux to Windows, or Windows to Linux?

Either way, you want to look at Samba/CIFS.  That will allow both mapping a current Windows share on your Linux box, or sharing a folder on your Linux box to a Windows Network, aswell as domain authentication and such (if required)

tbh though, the Acer One should already have SMB/CIFS support built in, so its really just a case of browsing to the Windows machine (if public) in whatever file navigation program it uses (you may need to go via IP)

Nautilus goes in via smb:///machine in the address bar.
