Q for admin: Why can't I post a request for parts

Subject says it all really.

I get:

You can view Topics in this Board.
You can post replies to Topics in this Board.
You can post towards your Post Count in this Board.

You cannot start new Topics in this Board.
You cannot start Polls in this Board.

Why?  Thanks

NOTE: I didn't sneak the request in here   :)

there is a minimum post count for the for sale boards, someone will be along shortly and be able to remember what it is

You can always request a part on the ABS forum.  ;D
