We have lost our Nokia 6500 and have been lumbered with Nokia 6301 shitephones

There are no usable ring tones on it, and I couldn't get the usable one off the 6500.

I may need to get a hammer to hit it if it dares to do that moronic nokia tune, and al the others are rubbish.

I can't seem to find the only acceptable ring tones anywhere.

What I want is

ring ring........ring ring........ring ring

Like a proper phone!

I have a 2610 works phone (pile of shite that it is!) I use the Nostalgia.MID ring tone, like an old dial telephone. Is that on yours?

Nokia tune on the 6300 is a ring ring noise.

The 6301s i find are excellent phones, well built, fast interface, light, good screen. very slim

Basically just a has a few silly little tunes, and a single ring one.

I have temporary used a bit of music off a video game just to get away from the stupid Nokia tune.

I think this weekend will be spent with microphone, real telephone and MD recorder!

I have this thing that I can't answer anything not going ring ring - it just doesn't register with me.

I have had people wondering why I have completely ignored phones playing tunes as to me they are not ringing.

The tune I use starts quietly so isn't much use!

use the nokia tune? its not the old one that was used on the gag show, it is actually a standard ringing noise. more of a "briiiing briiing" noise.
