few months ago, pub got sold  to a chinese family for 292 grand. nothing but fights everynight, stabbings etc. put on a curfew, closed at 8pm. old landlord bought it back 2 weeks ago for 90 grand. pub back to normal, urchins all barred. watched out the window last night, running battles in the rd at 2am police everywhere,  glasses smashing, women screaming, this went on till about 3.30am. about time they shut the place down now.
why cant people just have a drink then just break off home to bed?

the main reasons me and the missus dont go out much anymore. youre not allowed to go out and enjoy yourself anymore. to many idiots just want to get wasted and fight.

If it kicked off at that time he must have been serving after hours. Sufficient grounds for the police to oppose license renewal.

it'll probably come to that now, its a right shite hole of a pub, landlord has been on tv, infested kitchens in his pubs. most whogo in there are banned from my pub anyway

I saw a few of those, havent eaten in a pub since. :-/ :-/
