My MIG
« on: 16 November 2008, 15:18:08 »

Ooops, I knew the HG was on it's way  out but didn't know it was dead.
Mayo in filler NOT sump. Coolant loss, loads of steam for the exhaust.
Went to start it and it made some strange noises and then stopped turning over. It's not starter as it WON'T turn over via the Crankshaft pulley.
has any body got any ideas. I have. although i haven't removed the plugs yet. I have a strange suspicion that it's actually HYDRAULIC'D

It does seem that a waterway has given into one of the pots, suppose it's plugs out and have a dip to see how many/which one. Don't force it to turn over tho, my m8 fubar'd his astra diesel van trying to get water out of the pots after hitting a ford to fast.
