Sadly yes......and weight watchers are making a rather fortune out of me!

Stop eating so much, therefore lose weight and so stop paying! ;D


Interestingly......that seems to be what I am doing.....not eating much, not drinking much, loosing weight  and what I do eat has break all taste calories.

LOL, me too! Trouble is, I sit down at 8:30am, and don't do any exercise until walking to the car at 5pm!
