Laptop Memory Question
« on: 24 November 2008, 14:29:36 »

Is £9.99 a good price for 1GB of brand new memory?
I would like to upgrade my RAM & i've been offered the above which is Hynix 1GB 2RX16PC2. I don't have much off an idea with PCs.
Your help appreciated :y

As long as it's compatible then yes... I paid about £25 from http://www.mrmemory.co.uk and was very pleased with them :y :y :y

Oh, and as long at the machine will recognise the size of it. I could put 2x1GB memory sets in mine but it'd still only recognise 1GB of memory, i.e. 512MB per slot :y :y

Good thing to use is http://www.crucial.com as they have a memory checker which will answer all questions :y :y :y
