I have finally handed over the cash and am the proud owner of a 3.0 V6 Elite registered in Dec 2000.

Previous owner has just MOT'd it for me and put new disks and pads on the front brakes.

It will need new front tyres soon and a cambelt change as it is 8 yrs old and not had it done, although it has only covered 29,000 miles, of which 3 were in the last yr and I put 800 of those on testing it out!!!.

Sounds lovely. Get that cam belt done now, though. It's 4 years overdue. Would be a shame to see it wrecked.

As Kevin says, get the cambelt changed before you do anything else.

No I dont mind, I paid £2,500 which having looked at other vehicles on the site is over the odds but I know its history as prior to its current owner who had it for 12 months it was owned by my sister from new.

I've just bought a 3.2 v6 elite 02 plate with every extra ie; colour sat nav, telephone, full dealer service history with cambelt changes done on time £1,400.00

Only thing it has 140,000 miles on it

And I have managed to get a full irmscher facelift bodykit for it with twin exhaust 8-)

get the dvd from the oof shop and do it yourself its not that bad !
