I fitted them to my old plod mobile......it wasnt actauly to bad plus I fitted a new roof liner at the same time (to get rid of the sunroff hole etc)

My roof lining is in excellent condition so I have to be careful not to wreck it

You planning to fit a roof box Gwilym?

No, Just roof rails. I don't want some great big box on the top causing extra drag

Just a kayak then  ;D  & a surf board  ;D

Now when you put it like that! Still, I will just have to go slower on the way back with the boards on the roof.

Or...position the surf board across the back to act as a spoiler :y
