Hi all well yesterday my family was coming down to sunny old devon for the weekend.They rang me from just outside of exeter saying there car wouldnt start after stopping for a quick break.Any way i tryed jump starting it from the jump leads and wouldnt start so we bump it and it started but when it started it did sound like it wanted to cut out again but it managed not to let it.anyways they drove it to my house and was fine then about 20 mins after they got to my house went to start it and it wouldnt start again.it sounds like its going to start but then doesnt.sounds like fuel not gettig in or am i wrong.an help would be great  :y

sorry but those are the same symptons my sister in law had when her head gasket went, have you checked oil and water?

its ok iv found out what was wrong with it.It was the h.t leads that was knacked.Put a new set on and it started first time.Yeh it is the K seires engine
