On Top Gear tonight "hamster Hammond".....will be driving one of my all time favourite supercars....the iconic ......FERRARI DAYTONA.

Did you know that the Ferrari Daytona was the inspiration for the Rover SD1 :)

I have just done something I do not normally do and watched Top Gear

I found it very entertaining and I loved that Datona! :-* :-* :-* :y

That particular car though was not an original 1968 product, but from 1972 judging by the number plate ::) ::).  Still lovely though :-* :y

Yes...The Daytona was  a "L"reg car Lizzie......between 1st August 1972 and 31st July 1973....I have no idea when they change plates now ......can't afford a new car anyway. :y :y :y

Missed most of it  :(....due to the fact that I went to collect my new Troy Bayliss replica crash helmet  on the way home from work. :) :)
