Knackered ankles

Left ankle tendon is sore today - the one I snapped 9 years ago.

Right ankle is sore where it got whacked with a breaker bar today :( :'(

ouch, get some ibuprofen gel onto them sorts my shoulder out when it plays up :y

Know how it is when it's cold,Martin.I smashed my ankle 40 yrs ago on motorbike,when idiot pulled out in front of me,and it still gives me jip in the winter :(
