can anybody recommend a good hangover cure. had 1 too many last nite and feel like sh1t today. gonna have a house full of screaming kids this evening and not looking forward to it.

Full english, another beer and a couple of hours kip and you'll be fine

Tumbler
juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon honey
1 crushed paracetamol
2 shots Navy Rum (or your choice)
topped up with hot water

Also cures cold symptoms

Read that fried eggs are a good cure for a hangover. Not sure of the reason but the eggs must be fried and not boiled, poached etc.
Failing that, a nice greasy fry-up (full English) usually does the trick!

i awlays try to drink a pint of water before i sleep when hammered. if not. full english with a pot of tea and a bottle of water.

I've never tried it, but they reckon that diaoralite works wonders ........ the theory does sound as though it should work.  :-/

I've never tried it, but they reckon that diaoralite works wonders ........ the theory does sound as though it should work.  :-/

It's a long time since I've bought it ...... bought for the kids when they were little .... but I'd reckon the pharmacy section at Tescos will have it.
You'll not need to buy any now though ...... cos "you're never drinking again!!"

I've used this before. It used to make a nice fruity drink. But it's changed to a powdery mess now, I couldn't get it to mix with water.

I found that a large cheese or chicken and pickle sandwich, and a large glass of water before going to bed, and then at least two glasses of full fat Coca Cola when you get up in the morning.
