The various locations like Culluden Moor, Lockness, and the mountains around Aviemore are wonderful. :-* :-* :-*##

If you catch the weather on a nice day ten minutes there is no place like it. Rest of the time it's miserable. ;)

Seriously, though, there are some fantastic roads. I'll let those with the local knowledge tell you where because in all honesty I've only been tagging along when I've been there, and my mind has been flowing from one bend to the next, and paying attention to little else. If you have a passion for driving take to a few of the back roads.  :y

to be honest, thats one of the things im looking most to , driving the miggy through the scottish highlands :) i go to south devon quite often to see family, love the drive down there

Take the Distillery route which is basically East from Aviemore, or North from Perth through the country roads toward Fraserburgh  ;)

You will come across quite a few distilleries but my favourite is Glenfillicks or is it Glenfilichs (sorry to the Scots for my spelling!!) :D :D

It reminds me I must buy another bottle as all is gone! :o :o
