does anyone sauna??

going for one in the morning,very hot steam room, first time for ages now, itsnice to sweat it out for an hr and have a nice dry shave to smooth the face over.  i did have one last yr where i was too breaked to drive home after, was like sitting in a boiled kettle  ;) ;)
then jump straight in the swimming pool  :( :( ;D

Could do with one right now. Recovering from a cold and have a sore shoulder. Will have to make do with a bath.

best thing you can do, sweat it out. clears the sinuses as well. just never have one when yer pi$$ed like i did.  :-X :-X ;D

I used to use the sauna at least once a week when I was still going to the gym. Can't beat the feeling after a good workout followed by a sauna - makes you feel like new! Unfortunately had to give up the gym due to bloody arthritis in hands and shoulders. :'(

i have been this mornin nice and early with me m8. sweated out for an hr then straight in the pool. what a mistake, was like jumpin in the artic but its made me feel nice and relaxed now. had a dry shave and face feels like a babys bottom.  :y :y
