well today i thought i would have a look at the rover while it wasnt raining or windy. then wash it.

wish i never started.......

look what i found....its not leaking though.




looks like i need to change this soon.

Ah, yes, crap valeo rads

Measure the length of yours, if its the longer type, I may have a Valeo (OEM) copper (or is it bronze) type for good money. Bought in error, mine takes smaller type, go a replacement from adrad cheap, but fittings were a PITA.

It's not leaking know, but looking at it it soon will be.
Get it repaired or changed as soon as possible, cos it's bound to go at the worst possible moment.

going to keep a very close eye on it and will have it changed at the end of the month defo when i do every thing else on the car, ful service and cambelt.

Mrs TheBoy has a cheapie from adrad, around £35 iirc delivered.  OK, you have to bugger about a bit with nuts and bolts to mount it, but thats pretty cheap...

Look around the items the bottom one has for sale (or look on their shop, then buy same item cheaper from their eGay shop )
