I used the cheap parcel2go service think it was about £7 for a 17"alloy wheel and tyre, they collected from Stoke on Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered in Newcastle upon Tyne on Wednesday morning :)

I've used interparcel a few times now - and they send a DHL van cheaper than parcel2go (a DHL site)...plus they seem to allow larger items than DHL normally do..
