she's a right off

i got my engineers report from the garage today... and shes a right off. they have quoted £3005 to fix it! the main things thats needed is a:-
front left head light
left wing
washer bottle
fog light

then little bits of trim and so on... then shes good to go! going to try and get it all done in February before im shipped off to Kenya for 4 months!

What happened again?

I had a WO smack last year £450 to repair outside of insurance, excess was £425

From what I can see of that I'm afraid it will need more than those parts! :o :o :o :o

The chassis, or at least the front part of it will probably requiring straightening. ::) ::)

My 1996 Elite had what looked like minor damage, at least compared to that, when I ran into a trailer at about 10 mph on a roundabout in 2002.  It cost well over £1800 then to repair as various chassis members had to be replaced or straightened, along with new bumper and headlight! :'( :'(

Indeed Mike, and I bet there is further damage back from the engine compartment area! :'( :'(

With mine there was no chassis damage - been aligned since and MOTed
