the guy has only just returned the item, the description says i could not find a hallmark but the chain does state 18k on the link. is this comment libelous. i am quite annoyed about this

If he has gone to the police see what happens you have described and given information accordingly.
I would also contact ebay and see what they say

I have said some some wrong things in my time. But I don't no enough about libel laws to comment.

But what was he is expecting for £14.50 the crown jewels FFS (and I don't swear) For that much money it is not worth the bother.

Contact ebay about what he has said, they should no if it allowed or not.

I bought my missus a ring, from a reputable jewellers, with just 18K stamped on it. It was the genuine article so the daft c*nt may have quite a bargain.
