weekdays, no breakfast, weekends full english, good bacon, free range eggs, mushrooms lincolnshire saussies, black pud....need I say more

I usually have tea and toast,my son quite often has a mocrowave curry :o,makes me feel ill just to smell it never mind eat it. ::)

Fag, Coffee, Fag (all whilst checking emails); 3 or 4 fags on the drive to work (takes an hour or so), another coffee - then just right for the 10am bacon'n'egg butty!

Not the healthiest lifestyle I know..

Actually breakfast starts with a bowl of Special K just to show the wife my diet is going well, then as soon as she clears off to work im off to the Co-Op ;D

im not eating much at moment but in week i usually have toast or weetabix when i get up and brekkie at 10. weekend usually a fry up in cafe with boy  :-*

im the same, chain smoke when i get up, have been during the day last few weeks though, boredom  :)

Monday to Saturday I have Shredded Wheat or Cheerios. Sunday either a full English or if feeling lazy a bacon roll meal from McDonalds.
