I just got circa 300k download  >:(
Rebooted the router and it increased 10x to over 3000k.....

Is that the router.....or being 'throttled' by my isp and a new connection.....reset the 'throttling'  :-/ :-/

Can't get a sensible reading on either line at the moment, as the Zen line is busy chugging out a load of emails I've just splattered out, and the BT line has a 4Gb file from work over a VPN over it.

Not that I take a lot of notice of this type of speedtester anyway.

MDTM - have to tried the BT Wholesale speed tester - that will help pinpoint whether its local line or the ISP.  Though the end result won't change as I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for VM to resolve it

Especially after they made a load of staff who knew what they were doing redundant last August ::) [size=9]me being one of them[/size]
