i need to send someone some money urgently to help them in a twizzle, if they open an account, how long before i send it to them can they draw it from there account??

Quite a while.....IIRC
They could 'spend' money with money you sent to an unverified Paypal account using Payal (via eBay etc.), but to withdraw the money to their bank account requires a verification process to 'approve' the bank account: that process can take approx. 7. days.

Once the account is opened you can send money virtually straight away. It'll take 3 to 5 working days after they ask to transfer it into their bank account/debit card for it to appear in the account though.

Yes. Most UK banks are fairly instant nowadays (not sure about Saturdays)

Thats the best idea, get the A/C no & put it direct into there account mate. quickest way round it.

If they are in the same bank as you it will clear instantly, if its going from 2 different banks it can take 2hrs up to 3 days.
