Good money in window cleaning, and low overheads ;)

But he bought his plane and licence with some redundancy money from his previous job...

The prop planes have a great safety record, and they are the only planes you get parachutes provided under the seats ;D...remember that on the way back :y

Why? Don't they land??  ;D

No they just drop out the sky......too many people s**t theirselves on them, can't handle the extra weight ;D

Sorry mate, but the Law of Mass Conservation says that you can s**t yourself as much as you like, you'r weight will still be the same...  ;D

Well I flew to the Isle of Lewis today for a two week stint of work and I thought I would take my laptop to store the pictures I take of the sites while im here and imagine my supprise to find the hotel has wireless internet connection. The flights today were the worst flights ive ever been on, the combination of small propeller planes and high winds are not recommended and to say I almost S*at myself is an under statement and judging by the smell in the cabin I wasn't the only one ;D

I flew to Gurnsey ones on a small private plane.. we took off from Elstree, stopped Southampton for some immigration or VAT check – basically some un-interested official glancing at our passports (apparently flying to Gurnsey is classified as International fight), next stop Gurnsey and then back again through Southampton... yes it is quite an experience.

Incidentally, airplanes can take much more than this, the pilots usually try to keep the plane level and make few sharp turns just to keep the passengers comfortable, but the aircraft itself can take some heavy G before actually getting into trouble – so even when you feel uncomfortable, the airplane is actually quite OK…

No! The locals - the traditionalists - dont even cook on a Sunday. They prepare the meals on a Saturday.

And your dis owned if you hang a washing out on a Sunday. I kid ye not!!

Sounds the same as the strict Jewish people round Salford. They won't drive, sign for a delivery, cook, turn on a light bulb or even a tap. They leave the lights on from Friday morning and a tap dripping slowly so they can get a drink on the Sabbath.
