Im not going to judge anyone because every circumstance is different......

Mobile phone?...no excuse,end of
Mobile phones have a speaker facility if you forgot your bluetooth

Insurance...

If there was a genuine problem then i can appreciate it can be overlooked,i mean how many of us check we still have cover on a weekly or monthly basis????
You only look at your insurance documents etc when its renewal time or you get a HO/RT1

I am not by any stretch of the imagination a perfect driver but i do drive legally.....i.e speed limits,no phone,road worthy vehicle etc

I value my licence too much and also im terrified that i did something that resulted in someone,particularly a child,loosing their life are worse....being seriously and permanently injured

Using your mobile whilst driving is a very serious offence as it really can kill!  So no sympathy from me on any fine, points or ban given by the courts for it! >:( >:(

However, I think we have all done things whilst driving that could have killed, I certainly know I have but luckily I have always got away with it although learning my lesson in the process! ::) ::) ::)

The main thing is as human beings we continually make mistakes, and the real problem is when we fail to learn from them! :D :D ;)

Seriously, does you daughter want a msn friend, mine is finding it interesting chatting to others from around the country.  Looking at setting up a junior oofers msn group, highly monitored and available to long standing members children, currently 8 and 9 years of age.
Hoping LK takes the lead on the group, as I don't know how to. :o

I'll ask Mike but shes only 7 if that matters though you wouldn't guess it .Its LIKE TALKING TO WIFE sometime i.e" Dad sometimes your really daft do you know that" Er i did actually ,but you get the idea
