Cheaper up by me then - it was £40 all in for a 40 mile "lift" - mainly because he lived a mile from where the car needed collecting (It'd been off the road for 10 years and had a siezed engine at the time)

Guy lives 10-15 miles east of Basingstoke and had to collect car 50 miles west from Bas. so extra 10-15 twice.
I have even received invoice! Honest and reliable person
It' not the standard price and as I said even though he sells cars,he did not have many bookings for transport. He told that that wants to do something and earn less than to do nothing and get nothing.
This is his company http://shop.ebay.co.uk/merchant/dppservices

If all wheels are on the ground, then Tax and MOT if only 2 wheels on the floor then only the insurance to cover the towing vehicle is needed. Found that out while picking up the last purchase from Basingstoke.

Very nice pair from the boys in blue motorway club
